智通财经APP获悉，恒大汽车(00708)盘中拉升逾26%，截至发稿，涨26.05%，报0.3港元，成交额507.87万港元。
消息面上，恒大汽车日前发公告称，王克楠已提呈辞任公司的独立非执行董事，自2024年11月25日起生效。因此，王克楠自同日起不再担任董事会辖下审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会各自之成员。王克楠表示对公司间接全资附属公司National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB出售资产一事与管理层存在分歧。据悉，王克楠加入恒大汽车不足半年。
资料显示，National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB即“国能电动汽车瑞典有限公司”，简称“NEVS”或“国能汽车”。NEVS创始人为瑞典籍华人蒋大龙，2012年收购原瑞典萨博汽车公司，2013年开始进入中国市场，并于2017年获得纯电动汽车生产资质牌照。
