AEON CREDIT签署品牌使用权协议，预计费用最高450万港元
财中社11月25日电AEON CREDIT（00900）发布公告，宣布与AFS日本签订品牌使用权协议，协议期限为六个月，从2024年9月1日起至2025年2月28日止。根据该协议，公司需向AFS日本支付使用权费，费用为AFS日本经审计的综合财务报表内公司在协议期间内经审计的综合营运收入的0.375%。预计年度使用权费最高不超过450万港元（约为86,000,000日圆）。
此次协议构成公司与其控股股东AFS日本之间的持续关联交易，因相关百分比超过0.1%但低于5%，需遵循上市规则第14A章的申报和公告要求。董事会认为该协议条款公平合理，并符合公司及股东的整体利益，确保了AEON商标的合法使用，增强了公司在市场上的品牌价值和竞争力。
