Delta Lithium's (ASX:DLI) Chairman and Director Chris Ellison resigned from his positions effective immediately, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
Current Non-Executive Director Nader El Sayed will take on the role of Non-Executive Chairman, the filing said.
"I have taken the decision to step down as Delta Chair to ensure that all of my focus and attention is on Mineral Resources," Ellison said.
Earlier in the month, Mineral Resources (ASX:MIN) decided to fine Ellison and remove incentives and remuneration following the managing director and founder's initial results of an investigation into his past dealings with related entities.
Delta Lithium's shares rose 6% in recent trade.
