根据周日举行的全民公投的初步结果，瑞士选民以微弱优势否决了一项法律变更，该变更赋予房东更多权力来限制房客转租。该公投审查了 Airbnb 在租赁市场中的作用。

　　2023 年议会通过的变更的支持者认为，房客越来越多地通过租赁公司 Airbnb （ABNB.O） 进行转租。由一个大型租户协会领导的反对者拒绝了这一提议，称大多数 Airbnb 出租都是通过房东进行的。

　　负责瑞士 Airbnb 的凯瑟琳·安瑟姆 （Kathrin Anselm） 本月早些时候告诉媒体，该公司对住宅市场没有影响。

　　初步结果显示，51.6% 的选民拒绝了转租变更，该变更也适用于商业地产。
