恒大汽车独立董事王克楠辞任 与管理层存在分歧
财中社11月26日电恒大汽车（00708）发布公告，独立非执行董事王克楠已于2024年11月25日辞任。王克楠的辞任主要由于他与管理层在公司间接全资附属公司National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB出售资产一事存在分歧。辞任后，王克楠不再担任董事会下属的审核委员会、薪酬委员会及提名委员会的成员。
王克楠辞任后，公司未能符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则的相关要求，包括董事会至少需有三名独立非执行董事、审核委员会和薪酬委员会的成员要求等。公司表示正在物色合适人选，以填补王克楠辞任后产生的空缺，力争在辞任日期起三个月内满足上市规则的规定，并将于适当时机发布后续公告。
