海信家电“换帅” 高玉玲获委任为公司董事长
日前，记者从海信家电集团获悉，该集团原董事长代慧忠因达到退职年龄并结合个人意愿，不再担任公司董事长、公司战略委员会主席、公司环境、社会及公司治理委员会主席职务。自11月21日起，公司执行董事高玉玲已获委任为公司董事长，任期自2024年11月21日起，至第十二届董事会届满之日止。
资料显示，高玉玲于1981年出生，管理学硕士，历任海信视像科技股份有限公司财务中心副总监，公司财务负责人、总会计师，海信集团控股股份有限公司经营与财务管理部总经理、副总会计师。
公开资料显示，高玉玲2023年薪酬为334.13万元。同时高玉玲已获委任为战略委员会委员、主席及ESG委员会主席，任期自2024年11月21日起，至第十二届董事会届满之日止。
