Cosco Shipping International (Singapore) (SGX:F83) has awarded the construction contract for the Jurong Island Logistics Hub Phase II to SH Design & Build, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The project, set to begin after receiving Urban Redevelopment Authority approval, will take 18 to 21 months to complete, the filing said.
SH Design & Build specializes in heavy-duty commercial and industrial structures.
