智通财经APP获悉，SPROCOMM INTEL(01401)盘中再跌近20%，近六个交易日累计跌幅已超90%。截至发稿，跌13.74%，报1.13港元，成交额1223.53万港元。
消息面上，SPROCOMM INTEL发布公告，指出公司股份价格及成交量近期出现异常波动。董事会亦议决成立一专责小组以就证监会公告载列的据称调查结果进行一切必要及合理调查，特别是关于股份市场的真实性，以及公司遵从联交所证券上市规则下的公众持股量规定的情况。
消息面上，香港证监会最近曾就SPROCOMM INTEL的股权分布进行查讯，核查出该公司只有9002.2万股（占已发行股本的9%）由其他股东持有。证监会提醒，鉴于股权高度集中于数目不多之股东，即使少量股份成交，公司股份价格亦可能大幅波动，股东及有意投资者于买卖该公司股份时务请审慎行事。
