智通财经APP获悉，港股近期走势受外围不确定性影响，指数跌穿2万关后未见太大起色。iFAST Global Markets投资总监温钢城预期，内地下月举行的中央经济工作会议未必有太大惊喜，美联储减息取态则会是另一个关键，指数短期可能会窄幅上落，或有机会下试18500点水平。因此选股策略仍以中资高息股为主，当中以电讯股较稳阵，因6G尚未出台，行业资本开支不高，在收入稳定的情况下可成为首选。
美联储将于12月下旬举行今年最后一次议息会议，利率期货显示，现时减息0.25%的机率为59%，跳过减息的机率则为41%，利率走向仍充满变数。
他认为，美联储减息取态会是其中一个关键，“如美联储下月跳过减息，人民币势走弱，对港股必然构成压力。此外，明年减息次数也很重要，如果明年底联邦基金利率仍处于4%水平，资金或会继续流向美国。”
此外，本地及国际银行股如汇丰(00005)及中银香港(02388)受惠美国减息步伐放慢，有利股份前景。
