中泰证券指出，近期，法国海风A09招标项目已进入资格审批、12家开发商入围，阿塞拜疆拟开发3.5GW海上风电项目，海外海风景气向上。国内海风重点项目陆续开工，明年展望值得期待。江苏2.65GW项目有明显进展、年内开工信息明确，帆石一两回500kV海缆已中标、帆石二环评近期获批、青州五七500kV直流海缆已中标，叠加其他重点项目招标、建设有序进行，25年交付量有望明显提升。
花旗近日发布研报称，中国风力涡轮发电机(WTG)制造商在2024年将从销量增长中显著获益。随着中国风电安装量的持续增长，预计2024年将实现19-32%的同比增长，此外，中国WTG的市场价格已经触底。花旗特别推荐金风科技，预计其WTG销售量和利润率将在2024-2025年期间上升，这得益于更高的海上和出口销售混合，预计到2025年出口量将同比增长一倍达到4GW。花旗认为，金风科技的估值具有吸引力。
