【佛燃能源：与关联方签署《合作框架协议》，初步计划投资总额为100亿元】金十数据11月25日讯，佛燃能源：香港中华煤气有限公司与公司于2024年11月25日在广州签署《合作框架协议》。双方有意共同合作，有意分阶段投入资金设立绿色燃料及化工投资平台，引进包括但不限于航运公司、船舶燃料油加注公司等行业的战略投资者，在绿色燃料及化工项目生产、投资开发、协同产业链构建等领域共同合作，推进绿色经济发展，初步计划通过双方投资、贷款融资及引进战略投资者投资等方式实现投资总额为100亿元。双方有意通过投资平台，采用投资设立或股权收购方式，针对特定绿色燃料及化工投资项目开展合作，打造产能合计为100万吨/年的绿色燃料及化工供应池。
