智通财经APP获悉，香港宽频(01310)涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.24%，报4.62港元，成交额4004.39万港元。
消息面上，香港宽频宣布与本地领先健康科技平台Evercare合作，推出居家护理服务月费计划，每月收费399元起，用户可使用由专业护理人员提供的上门伤口护理、陪诊护送服务或居家照顾服务。香港宽频业务转型总裁畲隽知表示，此次合作将进一步加强集团无限合一策略下的创新医疗保健服务能力，提升香港宽频整体业务竞争力。
值得一提的是，近日，香港宽频公布，董事会已收到潜在要约人中国移动香港提出无约束力建议，表示可能提出现金收购要约，以收购公司全部已发行普通股份。公司与潜在要约人仍在讨论该等建议包括价格的条款。此前有传闻称，中国移动愿意以每股最少5港元收购香港宽频主要股东的持股。
