富力地产(02777.HK) 公布，近日收到中国证券监督管理委员会广东监管局发出警示函，指出由于公司未及时揭露多笔有息债务、商票逾期以及公司被列为失信被执行人等重大事项，广东证监局决定对公司、两名创办人李思廉及张力，以及胡杰采取出具警示函的行政监管措施。
