财中社11月25日电太古股份公司A（00019）发布公告，披露截至2024年11月22日的股份变动情况。公告显示，公司已发行股份总数保持在8.11亿股，公司在2024年11月22日进行了13万股的回购，回购价格为每股63.6-65.15港元，总支付金额为834万港元。
此外，公告还提到，根据2024年5月9日通过的回购授权，公司可以回购的股份总数为8352万股，截至目前已回购2713万股，占已发行股份（不包括库存股份）总数的3.2484%。公司在公告中指出，回购后的股份将在2024年12月22日之前不得再进行新股发行或库存股份出售。
