北京首都机场股份与母公司签订597万元资产租赁合同
财中社11月25日电北京首都机场股份（00694）发布公告称，2024年11月22日，公司与母公司签订了为期三年的资产租赁合同，租赁期自2024年11月22日起至2027年11月21日止。根据合同，公司将租赁包括D2滑行道、C8联络道及相关附属设施等资产，租赁费用总额为597万元（含税），年度租赁费用为199万元。
公告指出，由于母公司持有公司约58.96%的已发行股本，因此母公司被视为公司的关联人士，租赁交易构成关联交易。根据国际财务报告准则第16号，公司将确认租赁资产为使用权资产，预计总值不超过520万元。租赁费用的计算基于租赁资产的折旧、资金成本及相关税项，合同的主要条款规定了租赁资产的使用及管理责任。
