智通财经APP讯，星悦康旅(03662)发布公告，于2024年11月26日(交易时段后)，卖方与买方广州欣美智慧生活服务有限公司(公司的间接全资附属公司)订立股权转让协议，据此，卖方已根据股权转让协议的条款及条件有条件同意出售，而买方已有条件同意收购目标公司广州朴厚物业有限公司的全部股权，现金代价为人民币60万元。
公告称，集团主要为地产发展商开发或拥有的物业提供物业管理服务及商业运营服务。集团一直专注于开展物业管理、商业运营及其他相关业务，并拓展增值业务，同时积极探索文旅、医疗健康等新业态，不断拓宽收入渠道及增加集团收入。
该等物业位于交通便利的天河区，天河区乃广州市最为重要的商业中心之一。集团将透过收购事项及注资持有该等物业作自用及投资用途并可于交割后租出该等物业以获取租金收入，由于该等物业于司法拍卖中每平方米的购买价款低于市场价，因此被认为具有资产升值潜力。透过将部分该等物业作为自用办公室并出租余下部分，集团预期将从节省租金及运营成本以及资产升值收益中获益。基于上文所述，董事会认为收购事项及注资将对集团产生积极的影响。
