消息面上，维他奶国际拟于11月26日举行董事会会议批准中期业绩。据悉，近日，维他奶对旗下产品线实施大范围“官方降价”。业内人士分析，维他奶的降价不仅受到白糖价格下跌的影响，也可能是企业调整策略以回应长期存在的价格倒挂问题。
值得注意的是，10月7日，信和置业主席黄志祥的胞弟黄志达，首次申报通过旗下公司杨协成及其家族办公室，合计持有维他奶超过5%股权，而到10月24日后，其持股比例已升至10.06%，达到了可召开股东会门槛。此外，黄志祥以及旗下的远东机构也持有维他奶5%的股权。意味着黄氏家族总共持有超过15%的股份。公开资料显示，11月12日，维他奶国际获Kuang Ming Investments Pte. Limited增持567.6万股普通股股份，价值约5,599.37万港元，此后至今近两周时间，该股未见大规模增持。
