智通财经APP讯，畅捷通(01588)公布，于2024年11月25日，该公司及融联科技签署增资协议，据此，该公司及融联科技同意以现金方式按照各自对畅捷通支付的持股比例同比例向畅捷通支付合共增资人民币1亿元，从而将畅捷通支付的注册资本由人民币2亿元增加至3亿元。增资事项完成后，该公司的出资额将从人民币3856万元增加至5784万元，公司对畅捷通支付的持股比例将保持19.28%不变，仍将其入账列为该公司的联营公司。
据悉，畅捷通支付于2013年七月成立，主要从事互联网支付、银行卡收单、技术开发及软件开发业务。于本公告日期，该公司及融联科技分别持有畅捷通支付19.28%及 80.72%的股权。
公告称，增资协议的条款乃经双方公平协商后达成。公司认为增资事项乃根据中国人民银行对于非银行支付机构的注册资本最低限额要求而作出，虑及支付行业发展前景及中国人民银行自2015年之后未再发放新的支付业务许可证，且对支付行业企业的规范运作、资质认证提出了较高要求，提高了行业准入门槛，预计支付牌照价值将进一步显现。
