智通财经APP获悉，万国黄金集团(03939)涨超5%，高见11.86港元续刷历史新高，年初至今股价累涨逾2倍。截至发稿，涨5.55%，报11.8港元，成交额1172.82万港元。
消息面上，第一上海表示，2024年上半年金岭金矿已为公司贡献2.6亿元税前利润，毛利率达到60.8%。根据公司规划，2024年金岭矿采、选矿量将达到250万吨，2025年有望达到380万吨水平。目前金岭金矿克金成本约在263元，未来随着产能的持续爬坡以及回收水平的提高，成本有望持续下降。展望未来，随着美联储降息以及各国央行持续购入黄金，未来黄金价格有望持续走高，叠加公司金岭矿产能的不断提升，公司未来业绩将迎来快速释放期。
根据香港联交所11月4日披露的文件，10月30日，紫金矿业集团股份有限公司增持万国黄金集团1.66亿股普通股股份，价值约13.79亿港元。增持后，紫金矿业集团股份有限公司持仓比例由2.70%升至17.57%。所得款项50%拟用作有关所罗门群岛金岭矿勘探及开发项目之拨款，及余下50%所得款项净额将用作一般营运资金。
