据美国有线电视新闻网25日报道，美国著名百货公司梅西百货本周一披露，该公司一名已离职员工过去近3年时间里隐瞒高达1.54亿美元的开支，且这些开支均为小件快递费。

受该事件影响，梅西百货公司推迟了原定于本周二发布的当季财报，而改定于下月11日发布。周二美股开盘，梅西百货股价下跌近3%。梅西百货未披露涉事员工姓名，也未披露其隐藏快递费开支的原因，仅确认隐藏开支事件只涉及一名员工而无关他人。

过去3年间，梅西百货支付的快递费总额高达43.6亿美元，被隐藏的1.54亿美元无疑暴露出公司管理方面所存在的问题。一段时间以来，梅西百货不少门店业绩下滑，公司整体销售额持续低迷。

此前，梅西百货制定了关停数百家门店的计划。业内专家认为，拥有166年悠久历史的梅西百货整体在走下坡路。投资人对其状况显然也很不满意，今年以来公司股价已下跌近20%。

今年7月，梅西百货拒绝了投资人的收购提议，还是希望依靠自己的努力去重塑辉煌。（甄 翔）
