【中原按揭：10月香港资助房屋按揭登记达1088宗 按月增6成】金十数据11月26日讯，中原按揭公布数据显示，2024年10月香港资助房屋按揭登记数量达到1088宗，环比增长60%。主要增长动力来自于第三季入伙的清涛苑，其按揭登记数量达到468宗。中银香港以54.6%的市场份额连续15个月位居资助房屋按揭市场首位。进一步分析显示，尽管近期居屋成交量有所回落，但今年首10个月资助房屋第二市场成交量仍比去年同期增长33%，达到3835宗。政府优化按揭政策，将按揭保证期限延长至50年，按揭年限上限提高至30年，刺激了市场交易。
