McCormick & Company says exec chair Lawrence Kurzius to step down

  • McCormick & Company (NYSE:MKC) said its executive chair, Lawrence Kurzius, will step down from the role after eight years, effective, December 31.
  • The firm said Kurzius will continue as a board member.
  • The company has appointed Brendan Foley, the firm's CEO and president, to succeed Kurzius as chairman.
