据西班牙El Economista报道，法航荷航集团（Air France-KLM）正就收购西班牙欧洲航空公司至多20%的股份进行谈判，此前国际航空集团（IAG）收购欧洲航空的计划因监管机构的反对而流产。

　　该报说，这笔交易的价值将超过1亿欧元（合1.05亿美元），不需要得到欧盟监管机构的批准，但该报没有说明是如何获得这一信息的。法航发言人拒绝就可能的股权收购置评，并表示正在与欧洲航空就“商业合作”进行谈判。
