集团的收入增加492.5万港元乃主要由于由去年同期上市股权投资的公平价值亏损24.7万港元转为本期间上市股权投资的公平价值收益326.1万港元、放债的利息收入增加154.1万港元，以及上市股权投资之股息收入增加96.1万港元，其部分被投资物业的租金收入减少108.5万港元所抵销。
