恒隆地产(00101.HK) 公布，旗下“上海恒隆广场三期”扩建项目的地上结构钢板及钢筋接近100%采用低碳排放钢材，为内地首个在建筑结构中近乎全面采用低碳排放钢材的商业地产项目。
上述扩建项目的低碳排放钢材由宝山钢铁提供，涉及1,171吨“BeyondECO®低碳排放结构钢”及325吨“BeyondECO®低碳排放钢筋”，较传统钢材能将建筑钢材的总隐含碳排放量降低35%。另外，“上海恒隆广场三期”扩建项目预计将于2026年完工。
恒隆地产董事长陈文博表示，恒隆未来将继续在整个价值链中践行可持续发展战略，包括在“杭州恒隆广场”等其他开发项目中应用低碳排放钢材。(js/w)
