王晓琰已获委任为董事会执行董事、战略委员会委员及环境、社会及管治(ESG)委员会委员。王女士自2024年11月27日起获委任为公司之总经理及授权代表。
张慧勤因其他工作安排，张女士已于本公告日期辞去公司董事会副董事长职务，惟继续担任执行董事、战略委员会委员及薪酬与考核委员会委员职务。
