智通财经APP获悉，Summit Materials(SUM.US)确认同意被私人控股的Quikrete Holdings以每股52.50美元的现金进行收购，包括债务在内的企业总计价值约为115亿美元。据了解，该交易意味着，Summit以及Quikrete旗下的水泥和混凝土业务全面合并，将一举打造出北美最大规模的建筑材料生产商之一。周一美股开盘前Summit Materials下跌约1.65%，截至上周五收盘，该股收于51.66美元，市值约为91亿美元。
据了解，Quikrete的正式报价比Summit上周五的收盘价高出约1.6%。自10月24日Quikret就可能收购Summit的相关媒体报道以来，Summit股价已大幅上涨约27%。
Summit表示，其最大股东Cementos Argos已同意投票支持该项收购交易。
公开资料显示，Quikrete成立于1940年，总部位于佐治亚州亚特兰大，是北美最大的包装混凝土和水泥混合料制造商之一。
Summit Materials成立于2009年，总部位于科罗拉多州丹佛市，主要供应水泥、预拌混凝土和沥青等建筑材料，同时提供建筑和系统性铺路等建筑工程服务。市场分析人士普遍指出，此次收购将整合两家公司旗舰的水泥和混凝土业务，创建出北美最大规模的建筑材料生产商之一。
