智通财经APP讯，莹岚集团(01162)发布公告，预期本集团于截至2024年9月30日止6个月将取得净亏损及本公司拥有人应占亏损分别约780万港元及约260万港元，而截至2023年9月30日止期间则为净亏损及本公司拥有人应占亏损分别约830万港元及约700万港元。
董事会认为，预期净亏损轻微减少乃主要由于以下各项的净影响所致：由于消防安全系统装置服务的项目毛利率上升导致毛利率增加;按公平值计入损益的金融资产的公平值增加及由于相关期间部分大型项目接近竣工阶段，而新获授的大型项目尚未动工，导致本集团确认的收益减少。此外，本公司拥有人应占的预期亏损减少乃主要由于非控股权益的分占亏损，包括中国短片及动画制作业务所产生及非控股权益应占的亏损。
