智通财经APP讯，康龙化成(300759.SZ)发布公告，近日，合资公司PharmaGend Global Medical Services Pte. Ltd.根据运营情况及资金需求拟进行额外融资，经合资公司董事会同意，合资公司向全体投资人发出合计3,000万美元的额外融资请求，主要用于合资公司工厂二层和三层基础设施的翻新以及部分产品线的生产设备和机械的采购。在充分考虑合资公司资金使用情况和预算计划后，全体投资人拟按照其各自持股比例对合资公司共同追加投资3,000万美元。其中康龙香港国际持有合资公司35%的股权，本次拟以自有资金对合资公司追加投资1050万美元。
本次和合作方共同对新加坡合资公司追加投资，有利于更进一步协同合作伙伴布局东南亚制剂CDMO服务能力，促进合资公司的发展，进而为客户提供更加优质的服务及解决方案，进一步推动康龙化成的全球化、高质量、可持续的健康发展，打造康龙化成国际竞争力。
