Aoyuan Healthy Life Group (HKG:3662) unit Guangzhou Xinmei Intelligent Life Service agreed to acquire Guangzhou Puhou Property from two sellers for 600,000 yuan, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

Following the completion of the acquisition, the property manager will make a capital injection of 30 million yuan into the target company.

Guangzhou Puhou Property is a real estate management, brokerage, and consulting firm with a registered capital of 200,000 yuan, which is unpaid.

Through the acquisition, the company will hold four properties, for which the target company successfully won the bid at a judicial auction on Nov. 18. Part of the 30 million yuan capital injection in the target will be used to settle the balance of the purchase price of the properties.
