　　安德利果汁（02218）公布，董事会及董事会审计委员会已收到大华有关辞任公司核数师的书面通知，为充分保障公司年报审计工作顺利开展，综合考虑业务情况、管理实际和审计需求等情况，公司已与大华就其不再担任公司2024年度核数师达成共识，其辞任公司2024年度核数师，于2024年11月26日起生效。

　　在审计委员会的推荐下，董事会建议聘任致同会计师事务所（特殊普通合伙）为公司2024年度核数师，惟须于2024年第二次临时股东大会上获得公司股东透过普通决议案方式批准后方可作实。
