GSS Energy (SGX:41F) received a listing and quotation notice from the SGX for 607,222,761 shares at an issue price of SG$0.013 per rights share, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Saturday.
A total of 14,650,605 shares will be issued upon the exercise of the warrants, pursuant to the warrants adjustment.
