智通财经APP获悉，维他奶国际(00345)涨超6%，截至发稿，涨5.95%，报10.32港元，成交额1389.39万港元。
消息面上，维他奶国际昨日发布截至2024年9月30日止6个月中期业绩，收入34.43亿港元，同比增长2%；毛利17.77亿港元，同比增长4%；公司股权持有人应占溢利1.71亿港元，同比增长5%；每股盈利15.9港仙，拟宣派中期股息每股4.0港仙。以港币计算，集团毛利率上升至51.6%，主要由于原材料价格降低及生产程序优化效益。经营溢利大幅增长50%，主要贡献来自中国内地及中国香港业务。
值得注意的是，信和置业主席黄志祥胞弟黄志达申报，于11月21日(上周四)在场内买入410万股维他奶，每股平均作价10.3169港元，涉资4229万港元。黄志达股权权益由11.87%增至12.26%。据悉，10月以来，其持续通过旗下杨协成（新加坡上市饮品公司）及家族办公室增持维他奶。当月初，其持股比例尚且不足5%。
