建发物业与美凯龙签署十年管理协议，拓展四川市场
财中社11月27日电建发物业（02156）发布公告，宣布与成都美凯龙签订委托管理协议。该协议自2024年11月26日起生效，预计持续至项目正式开业后的十年，主要涉及商业开业筹备、招商及运营服务。协议中规定，成都美凯龙将委托建发物业管理提供多项服务，涉及的商业部分位于四川省成都市，建筑面积总计114,028平方米。
根据上市规则，该交易构成持续关联交易，年度上限适用百分比超过0.1%但低于5%，因此无需独立股东批准。协议的年度上限分别为：2024年11月至12月100万元，2025年3500万元，2026年5000万元，2027年5600万元，2028年6200万元，2029年6700万元，2030年7000万元，2031年7300万元，2032年7600万元，2033年7900万元，2034年8200万元，2035年8500万元。建发物业将通过该协议拓展业务范围，提升品牌影响力。
