【首个国产ADC药物在中国获完全批准上市】金十数据11月27日讯，四川科伦博泰生物医药股份有限公司宣布，公司首款针对既往至少接受过2种系统治疗的不可切除的局部晚期或转移性三阴性乳腺癌成人患者的国产靶向TROP2的抗体药物偶联物(ADC)芦康沙妥珠单抗获国家药品监督管理局(NMPA)批准于中国上市。这是首个国产TROP2ADC在中国获批上市，也是中国首个获得完全批准上市的国产ADC。受此消息提振，科伦博泰(06990.HK)股价大涨超5.5%。
