　　美东时间周二上午，柯尔百货（Kohl‘s，KSS）股价重挫逾20%，此前该公司宣布盈利不及预期，下调全年销售业绩指引，并宣布公司CEO将在明年1月份离职。

　　该公司第三财季营收同比下降7.9%，降至35亿美元，不及市场预期。净利润2200万美元，远低于去年同期的5900万美元；摊薄后每股收益为0.20美元，去年同期为0.53美元。

　　柯尔百货预期全年净销售额将同比降低7%-8%，预计可比销售额将降低6%-7%；预计全年摊薄后每股收益在在1.20美元至1.50美元之间。

　　在公布财报的同时，柯尔百货还宣布了高层人事变动：现年72岁的CEO Tom Kingsbury将在明年1月份离职，由现年50岁的Ashley Buchanan接过该公司扭亏为盈的重任。

　　美东时间周二上午10：54，柯尔百货股价下跌3.70美元，跌幅为20.17%，报14.64美元。
