盖世汽车讯 据报道，网约车汽车Uber正在扩大其“临时工”队伍，并创建了一个新的岗位类别：人工智能标注和数据标记。

　　Uber已开始为名为Scaled Solutions的新人工智能和数据标注部门招聘承包商。据悉，这些员工不仅为Uber内部业务部门完成项目，还为外部客户提供服务，包括自动驾驶汽车公司Aurora Innovation和视频游戏开发商Niantic。

　　报道称，Uber已开始在美国、加拿大和印度等国家招聘承包商。为了让更多公司从事这项工作，Uber本月开始在印度、美国、加拿大、波兰和尼加拉瓜招募拥有各种技能的承包商。根据Uber在入职网站的常见问题解答页面发布的内容，收入将根据他们完成的每项任务而定，并按月支付。

　　此外，Uber还在旧金山（San Francisco）、纽约（New York）和芝加哥（Chicago）招聘客户经理，负责管理Uber与Scaled Solutions的企业客户之间的关系。

　　由于人工智能的快速发展，数据标注市场正变得炙手可热，Uber也在此时进军这一领域。例如，Scale AI是该行业中需求激增的代表性企业。今年早些时候，这家公司以138亿美元的估值完成了10亿美元融资，而在此前的八年历史中，其累计融资仅为6亿美元。
