Capitol Health (ASX:CAJ) said the Federal Court of Australia will hear on Dec. 4 its application seeking the approval of the scheme of arrangement relating to its proposed merger with Integral Diagnostics (ASX:IDX), according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
This second court hearing is subject to Capitol shareholders approving the scheme by the requisite majorities on Dec. 2, the filing said.
Capitol Health's shares were down nearly 3% in recent Tuesday trade, while Integral Diagnostics' shares fell 1%.
