金吾财讯 | 光伏太阳能股盘初走强，截至发稿，协鑫科技(03800)涨5.3%，福莱特玻璃(06865)涨3.68%，信义光能(00968)涨2.53%，新特能源(01799)涨1%，信义玻璃(00868)涨1%。消息面上，11月20日，工信部发布公告，对《光伏制造行业规范条件》和《光伏制造行业规范公告管理暂行办法》进行了修订。引导地方依据资源禀赋和产业基础合理布局光伏制造项目，鼓励集约化、集群化发展。引导光伏企业减少单纯扩大产能的光伏制造项目，加强技术创新、提高产品质量、降低生产成本。新建和改扩建光伏制造项目，最低资本金比例为30%。华泰证券指出，24年光伏行业基本面持续下行，Q3价格底部企稳，盈利能力环比改善。国内多部门多次表态彰显对光伏产业的高度重视，供需政策有望逐渐落地；海外非欧美市场光伏装机保持高速增长，美联储降息有望驱动欧美需求保持较高增速，全球光伏中长期高景气延续。短期政策引导与市场化手段或将加速供给侧出清速度，行业供需错配有望逐季改善，产业链价格和盈利有望恢复至合理水平，启动新一轮向上周期。
