消息面上，据中国机电产品进出口商会消息，11月22日下午，由中国机电产品进出口商会组织的“光伏行业对外贸易企业自律座谈会”在北京成功召开。张钰晶会长在致辞中表示，当前全球经济形势复杂多变，机遇与挑战并存，合作与竞争交织，我国光伏行业作为外贸“新三样”典型代表，正面临着“内卷式”竞争日趋激烈和海外市场贸易壁垒频发的双重压力。张会长呼吁，在当前形势下，光伏上下游企业应精诚合作，加强自律，严防光伏行业“内卷外溢”。
中银证券发布研报指出，11月20日，工信部发布修订后的《光伏制造行业规范条件(2024年本)》和《光伏制造行业规范公告管理办法(2024年本)》，旨在进一步加强光伏行业规范管理，推动产业加快转型升级和结构调整。该行认为，在行业推进反内卷式竞争的背景下，各环节限制排产预期有望提升，硅片等环节限产已经逐步落实，硅料减产预期持续加强；光伏电池、组件价格涨价已经落地，在政策和市场作用下，光伏产业链或阶段性涨价，行业基本面底部逐步确立。
