　　隆成金融（01225）发布公告，开元信德会计师事务所有限公司经考虑其内部可用资源等因素后，已辞任公司核数师，自2024年11月22日起生效。

　　在公司审核委员会推荐下，董事会已决议委任长青（香港）会计师事务所有限公司为公司核数师，自2024年11月22日起生效，以填补开元信德辞任后出现的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
