智通财经APP获悉，富力地产(02777)一度跌超10%，截至发稿，跌7.26%，报1.66港元，成交额4716.67万港元。
消息面上，富力地产发布公告，公司于近日收到中国证券监督管理委员会广东监管局(简称“广东证监局”)下发的《关于对广州富力地产股份有限公司、李思廉、张力、胡杰采取出具警示函措施的决定》((2024)192号)。因公司未及时披露多笔有息债务、商票逾期以及公司被列为失信被执行人等重大事项，广东证监局决定对本公司、李思廉、张力、胡杰采取出具警示函的行政监管措施。
富力地产此前公布，公司于2024年10月的月内总销售收入共约人民币12.6亿元，同比增加12.5%，销售面积达约10.1万平方米。累计至2024年10月底，总销售收入约人民币91.9亿元，同比减少48.46%，销售面积达约70.24万平方米。
