时代中国控股推进重组 获29.29%债权人支持
财中社11月25日电时代中国控股（01233）发布公告，宣布与债权人小组达成共识，推进建议重组，以提供可持续的资本结构和财务灵活性。公告指出，截至2024年11月22日，债权人小组签署的重组支持协议涉及公司未偿还本金总额的29.29%和26.77%的债务本金额。这标志着重组过程中的一个重要里程碑，旨在保护所有利益相关者的权益。
根据重组方案，短期票据的年利率设定为4.0%，中期票据为4.2%，长期票据为4.5%。此外，计划债权人将根据其持有的未偿还本金金额获得相应的强制性可换股债券，两项强制性可换股债券的换股价分别为每股6港元、10港元，具体取决于债务类别。预计在2024年至2035年期间，来自现有项目的现金流量将为偿还境外债务提供支持，预计可用现金流量在126亿元至167亿元。
