智通财经APP获悉，大摩发布研究报告称，考虑到盈利和加权平均资本成本的调整，以及港元兑人民币汇率的变动，将北京首都机场股份(00694)目标价上调12%至2.9港元，评级“与大市同步”。该行表示，由于第三季首都机场的商业收入较预期逊色，将2024至2026年各年盈测分别下调14%、7%及6%。加权平均资本成本假设由之前的12.9%轻微调整至12.8%。
