　　“第二十二届年度管理大会——中国式现代化：数智之道”于2024年11月28日在北京举行。

　　360集团首席运营官叶健出席并发表讲话。

　　叶健：我们非常关心人工智能，我们公司认为AI有“三场仗”要打。

　　第一仗是通用技术之仗，简言之就是如何缩短跟Open AI的差距，由于算力因素，希望更多的芯片厂商能够把自己的算力提升；第二仗是大模型应用场景之仗，我个人认为大模型目前还是一个“文科生”，怎么样把它变成一个全面的选手，用智能体技术，如何把传统的IT系统跟大模型结合起来解决问题，解决理科生稍微弱的一些问题。这里面最重要的，就是一个场景一个场景去做；第三场仗则是安全之仗，当前来看就是内容安全，因为它本身是一个生成式的，这里面跟意识形态、伦理道德等。

　　总得来说，我们觉得大模型最关键就一句话，不要高估它的能力，但不要低估它的潜力。
