ESR宣布基础设施证券投资基金今日发售
财中社11月29日电ESR（01821）发布公告，宣布其证券投资基金已于2024年11月29日在上海证券交易所开始发售。这一举措是基于公司此前在2022年12月13日、2023年3月6日及2023年12月1日发布的公告，涉及根据国家发改委及中国证监会推出的试点计划，计划通过公开募集基础设施证券投资基金分拆位于中国江苏省昆山市的三个高标准物流项目，包括江苏富莱德仓储有限公司一期、二期及三期。
公司表示，上海证券交易所已就该证券投资基金上市出具无异议函，并且中国证监会已批准证券投资基金注册。尽管公告中提到已开始发售，但公司提醒股东及潜在投资者，建议分拆的完成与当前市况相关，且未必会最终实现，因此在交易公司证券时需谨慎行事。
