打造“1对1急送”新标准 顺丰同城新升级“独享专送”服务
本报讯 （记者李雯珊）近日，国内规模最大的第三方即配平台顺丰同城新上线“独享专送”服务，采用“1对1急送”专业服务模式，以严苛的服务标准，为用户带来更加快速、安全、个性化的配送体验。
据悉，“独享专送”是顺丰同城在C端“取、送、买、办”服务基础上，对普通拼送模式的全面升级，为用户提供全程一对一服务、专送骑士配送、专人服务监督、尊享客服等六大优质服务保障；在配送过程中，顺丰同城还设有专门的监督人员，全程跟踪并监督配送服务的每一个环节，包括订单的接收分拣、装车以及配送过程。同时，用户可以通过系统实时查看订单状态，随时掌握物品配送进度。
此次顺丰同城“独享专送”新上线，是顺丰同城全场景即配模式的又一精细化实践。在C端多样化、高价值、高标准的即配需求下，优质高效的服务体验使得顺丰同城活跃消费者规模持续扩大，截至2024年6月30日，年度活跃消费者已超2190万人。在建立良好用户口碑之外，也为平台自身持续带来更多市场增量空间。
随着“即时满足”观念的普及和用户规模的扩大，作为新消费领域的基础设施，以顺丰同城为代表的独立第三方即配平台，有望通过不断探索配送场景的服务升级与业务模式创新，力促整个行业生态的高质量发展。
