2139 GMT - WEB Travel could move into takeover crosshairs, says Shaw & Partners. "WEB's depressed valuation at 11.5x FY 2026 enterprise value-to-Ebitda positions it as an attractive M&A target," analyst Abraham Akra says. Shaw points out that Hotelbeds was snapped up by private equity at 14x Ebitda, while WEB's own acquisitions of JacTravel and Destinations of the World were achieved at 10.5x Ebitda. Shaw has a buy call and A$6.60/share price target on WEB Travel, which ended Thursday at A$4.91. (david.winning@wsj.com; @dwinningWSJ)
