国金证券发布研报称，海外监管趋严趋势正显现，欧美合规电子烟市场有望扩容，考虑特朗普此前宣称他将“拯救”调味电子烟，若后续口味限制有所放松叠加非法产品监管执行力度加强，基于一定假设下，根据测算，预计美国合法换弹式电子烟的中期市场规模有望较2023年增长63%-299%。整体来看，新型烟草政策逆风期正全面结束，并且行业仍处于发展初期，后续仍具产品渗透率提升红利，相应催化有望贯穿2025全年。
该行续指，公司深度绑定海外烟草龙头，将显著受益于美国合规市场扩容(目前非法市场占比雾化烟整体销售达到70%+水平)，并且HNB业务发展指的期待。
