消息面上，纽约的一名联邦法官近日裁决，允许美国新闻网站The Intercept继续对OpenAI提起的部分诉讼。这起诉讼指控OpenAI在训练其人工智能模型时，违反了《数字千年版权法》，涉及到的核心问题是OpenAI在创建ChatGPT的训练数据时，移除了新闻文章中的版权管理信息。
东吴证券指出，目前AI领域最核心的争议——公司使用版权素材训练AI是否需获版权方授权，中美两国法院都未给出答案。此外，日本将其列为“合理使用”行为。而OpenAI除了这一笔官司，还有至少6起正在进行时态的版权官司，原告均指控OpenAI擅自利用版权作品训练AI，侵犯了版权权利人的利益。在版权方和大模型合作过程中，阜博作为第三方服务角色，重要性有望提升。
